SIEG C7 Gear Head Bench Lathe

SIEG’s next-generation gear-head variable speed lathe, designed for industrial-grade precision and inspired by gunsmithing lathes. The C7 is a significant upgrade from any bench lathe currently on the market, offering improved stability, power, and versatility.

Key features include a precision-ground and induction-hardened V-bed, an oil-bathed gearbox, a quick-change tool post, a cam-lock tailstock, powered longitudinal and cross feeds, and a large 26mm spindle bore.

Gunsmithing Features Include:
Spider Mount System features four stabilizing screws that support long shafting and rifle barrels through the outboard end of the spindle. Additionally, the reinforced tailstock ensures greater stability and accuracy for barrel work. The 750mm distance between centers accommodates long gun barrels.

Compared to its predecessor, the C6, this new C7 boasts a wider bed for improved rigidity and stability, with an additional 30kg in total weight. The new in-house SIEG lathe-specific DC variable speed motor delivers greater usable torque across the entire RPM range. Additionally, the oil-bathed gearbox supports both metric and imperial thread cutting.
